Shipping within Thailand
All orders placed on SiamPeptides.com are processed and shipped from our Thai distribution hub. We offer fast domestic shipping via trusted courier services such as Flash Express and Kerry Express. Most orders arrive within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed before 14:00 are usually shipped the same day.
- Tracking information is provided once the package has been dispatched.
- All orders are packed discreetly and securely to ensure product safety.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours. We will either reship your order at no cost or offer store credit depending on the situation. Proof of damage (e.g. photo) may be requested.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the sensitive nature of peptides, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. However, if your item is defective or you received the wrong product, please notify us and we’ll arrange a resolution.
Customs and Legality
Our peptides are sold strictly for research purposes only. While we ensure legal shipment within Thailand, customers are responsible for understanding and complying with local regulations if ordering from outside Thailand.
